HR Assistant

Our Back-office team is looking for fresh blood – we’re currently looking for an HR Assistant who will help us in daily operations. Have you already taken your first steps in the vast world of administration and want to explore it further without the constraints of rigorous corporate structures? This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of two days per week spent in the Warsaw office.

Responsibilities
- You will take care of our ATS, assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews.
- You will prepare HR documents and maintain employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- You will help onboard new hires, guiding them through their first days.
- You will manage employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
- You will support payroll processing by collecting and entering data.
- You will assist in performance management processes, helping track employee progress.
- You will be responsible for taking care of the office, supporting shipping process and correspondence handling,
Requirements
- Fluent Polish and at least B2+ English – we work internationally so that’s a must,
- At least 6 months of experience in HR or administration work,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - you will work a lot with it,
- Willingness to develop your skills in HR field,
- Top-notch collaboration and communication skills – we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!
- Perfect time and task organization, focus on problem-solving and reaching maximum optimization,
- Readiness to work in a 'dynamic environment' – seriously, so you have to be flexible when it comes to constant improvements,
