Resource Planner

Our Operations team is growing, and we’re seeking an experienced Resource Planner to coordinate our project allocation process. If you have at least two years of experience and are ready to expand your expertise in a dynamic, flexible environment, this is the opportunity for you!
This role offers a hybrid work model, with a minimum of two days per week in our Warsaw office.

Responsibilities:
- You will manage and optimize resource allocation across various projects to ensure maximum efficiency.
- You will maintain an up-to-date overview of project timelines, workloads, and team capacities.
- You will work closely with team leaders to understand project requirements and anticipate resource needs.
- You will regularly update and manage resource planning tools and databases.
- You will monitor project progress, adjusting resource allocations as necessary to meet project goals.
- You will communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on resource availability and project status.
- You will support HR and operational tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Requirements:
- Fluent Polish and at least C1 English – effective communication is key in our international work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in resource planning, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data management and reporting tools like Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on optimizing processes and solving problems.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
- Openness to taking on additional tasks in HR, operations, and beyond.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to ongoing improvements.
